Shipping for Online Orders

Shipping costs detailed on the website relate to the UK only. We are happy to ship internationally - please contact us for a quote. Anne Priscilla are not responsible for any import duties associated with international shipments.

Typically our orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive with you. If you need your order urgently please simply get in touch with us via email.

Online Returns

Full price ready-to-wear items and accessories (please see exclusions below) can be returned in unworn, undamaged condition within 14 days from the date you receive them.

Anne Priscilla is a small business and as such we are unfortunately unable to cover return shipping costs. To request a return, please send an email to shop@annepriscillabridal.com with your order number and we will provide returns information and authorisation.

Online Return Exclusions

All sale items including sample sale, discounted ready-to-wear and sale accessories are final sale (no refunds, no exchanges). A sale item is classified as an item either permanently marked down or with a temporary discount code.

Bespoke/custom online orders are non returnable or exchangeable.

Due to hygiene reasons Hair Accessories and any pierced jewellery is non-returnable.
